The space was not only friendly but also very spacious, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the lovely views visible through the windows, adding a touch of charm to the room.
While it didn't significantly affect my overall enjoyment, it was a small inconvenience during my otherwise perfect stay.

it provided a nice space to relax after attending a nearby wedding. although the hotel is part of a larger complex, we found it convenient for our purpose. while the wifi worked adequately, we did face some issues with the tv reception.
Staff were rude and unhelpful, leading to frustration. 😡.

The gym in the neighbouring building is perfect. The rooms are large and beautiful.
The location is just not so great. But for our purposes it was great (transit).

Friendly helpful & caring staff, took my cases to my room, collected them in the morning also. Room service food was exceptional, I had a warm roast vegetable salad with chicken. Spa bath was wonderful & I could still see the TV!! Free shuttle to the airport in a luxury coach, all at such a reasonable price. Thankyou, I will be back.

I was really impressed with the great value for my money and the spacious, clean room we had; it was perfect for our family of four.
The morning meal could be improved by providing clearer pricing information upfront.

Our four-day stay at Quality Hotel Taylors Lakes was a mixed experience. While the room was clean and comfortable with modern amenities, the customer service left much to be desired. Delays in housekeeping requests and unaccommodating staff made us feel unwelcome, especially with a young child. Nonetheless, the nearby parks and recreation areas offered lovely spots for family bonding, enhancing our overall enjoyment.

Near the airport and near the park. Friendly welcome at check-in and good handling, very good food can be ordered by room service.
The Fitness has very limited opening hours, which are not mentioned in the description. On weekends, it closes at 5 pm and does not open until 8 am. We wouldn't have chosen this hotel. The checkout took a long time and the staff at the checkout was unfriendly.

Great Stay for My Business Trip!
The hotel was impeccably clean, and the bed was comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after long days of meetings. The fitness center was a nice bonus, allowing me to squeeze in some exercise during my downtime. The free WiFi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected with my colleagues. the facilities here made it a sensible choice for my travel needs.
It was a bit hard to find from the road.

We had a fantastic stay here, as the location was convenient to the airport, and we loved having a Woolworths and shopping center right next door. The rooms are beautifully appointed and impeccably clean, making it one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The staff were friendly and very helpful, assisting us with dining options and transport.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent amenities.

I had a decent stay during the New Year. The location was fantastic—close to the city and surrounded by lovely parks. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after the festivities. I also enjoyed the cozy café nearby for my morning coffee; the staff there were super friendly!
The customer service was lacking. I faced long waits when I requested basic items from housekeeping, and my breakfast order was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit dismissive at times, which really detracted from the experience. it could use some improvements in service.

The service here is friendly, the room I booked was modern and newly furnished with good Wifi, and a spacious bathroom.
